Come visit our showroom during our business hours to discuss your project.
Appointments are recommended; walk-ins are welcome.
An appointment is then scheduled to visit your home. We will take measurements, discuss design ideas, personal preferences, preferred timeline and budget for your project. We will take notes of your wish list and photos of your existing space
Once we understand our customer preferences, we carefully review our measurements, notes and photos, and take into consideration all plumbing, electric and existing openings for the design.
A preliminary design is created based on our discussions and an accurate budget for your project is established. We then schedule an appointment for you to come into the showroom and meet with your designer and review the design.
IF THE PRESENTED DESIGN AND BUDGET FOR YOUR PROJECT MEETS OR EXCEEDS YOUR EXPECTATIONS, TO MOVE ON TO THE NEXT STEP, WE REQUEST A 10% DEPOSIT OF THE CABINETRY COST AS A RETAINER FOR OUR SERVICES.
THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TOWARDS YOUR FINAL PURCHASE. PROJECT RENDERINGS AND FLOOR PLANS WILL BE PRINTED AND GIVEN TO YOU!
Arrangements are made for us to re-visit your home and take final measurements.
We then schedule an appointment for you to come back to our showroom, go over the design, make any necessary changes and assist you in finalizing your selections.
When you're ready to order your cabinetry materials, we ask that payment in full be made. The Retainer Deposit is applied towards this purchase. An estimated time of arrival for your cabinets is established.
Before your cabinets are delivered, we will notify you in advance of the delivery week and follow-up with a more accurate delivery date. Cabinets are then delivered as agreed (tailgate, jobsite, in-home). Someone must be home during delivery.
If you choose to use one of our contractors for installation, we require a deposit to secure a place on our schedule. At this time, we will discuss installation details.
If you already have a contractor, we will work with them and provide detailed installation notes to ensure the process goes smoothly.
