Albert goes above and beyond the service given at your typical cabinet dealer. First, he's always available via phone or email to help answer any questions you have. Whenever a delivery was scheduled on-site, he personally came and checked every cabinet to make sure the order was correct and there was no damage. He was also on-site for all our counter top templates and installs. Albert even worked directly with our appliance dealer to make sure all the cabinets would properly work with the appliances we chose.

Working with A & E Cabinets for my kitchen remodel was such a pleasurable experience. I walked in off the street to look around and Albert immediately came and offered assistance. The very next morning he arrived at my house on time to take measurement and again offered many helpful suggestions. The following day we met to go over three different kitchen designs he had prepared for me. From the very beginning right through the installation Albert was very professional, attentive, always available, and very genuine. His installation team headed by Nick was phenomenal as well. Their work ethic and craftsmanship was extremely impressive. Working with A & E Cabinets was the one constant we could rely on during our extensive renovation. They were always true to their word and deed. It's was so refreshing to work with people like them. From the first time I walked into A&E Cabinets through the entire process, Albert made sure everything I wanted happened.

He took the vision that I have had in my head for years of what I wanted my kitchen to look like and helped make it a reality. He was always available to answer my questions no matter how many there were or how silly.

He was at my home when the cabinets were delivered, inventorying them, and when the countertop was templated and installed. He also came at the end of the process to install pullouts in one of the cabinets and helped us with some cabinet doors that were hitting.

I had wanted to redo my kitchen for a long time and was flirting with using Home Depot to do it, but it would have involved so many different departments and it seemed like it would be a coordination nightmare. After reading the reviews for A&E Cabinets I went in and spoke with Nick, who was friendly, patient, and really good at explaining the process. He coordinated everything and succeeded where so many contractors fall short...communication. He was on-time, kept me in the loop, always responded to my questions promptly no matter the time of day, and ultimately delivered an excellent kitchen. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Hands down the best experience I have ever experienced! From the onset, Kelly at the showroom was very informative and accommodating. Never was there pressure to purchase a particular product or to purchase anything at all. They were very open, honest and genuine. Albert and his team were absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful and friendly. He was very responsive and made sure that the entire project (new countertops and backsplash) was completed in under two weeks and made sure to have it done before Christmas for us.
